2. Decisions

Descisions are any action taken by PVW to:

- suspend or deactivate an account,
- suspend or deactivate Content shared to or from an account,
- impose a final warning for a violation on an account,
- restrict account features (for example, the ability to post or promote Content)

3. Appeal Procedure:

To appeal a Decision please send PVW an email to [email protected].

The appeal must contain detailed information why you believe your content or account is in keeping with the Sharesome Terms of Use and Community & Content Guidelines, and for non-Sharesome-users in the EU/EEA who disagree with our decision to permit content to remain on Sharesome why you believe the content is illegal or non-consensual.

4. Review Process

Based on your information, PVW will grant, grant in part, or deny your appeal, and will notify you of our decision.

5. Meditation

If there should be a disagreement regarding an appeal, PVW will allow the disagreement to be resolved by a neutral body
