2. Complaints about Moderation Decisions
PVW moderates content according to our Terms of Use and Community & Content Guidelines. To complain about a decision to deactivate content, to deactivate an account, or to issue a final warning, you must send an appeal to [email protected]. Appeals against a content moderation decision including any decision to remove Content, deactivate an account, or ban you from using Sharesome because we believe you have engaged in an illegal act are subject to our Appeals Policy .
3. Complaints about Copyright Infringement
Complaints about suspected copyright infringement are subject to our DMCA Takedown Policy .
4. Complaints about anything else
You can make a complaint in any of the following ways:
- using our Support Portal Contact Form by selecting the Type = Complaint from the drop down menu and use the 'Type something" field at Description to explain the issue you are complaining about.
- using the Content Removal Form If you come across content on our site that you believe is objectionable and should be removed.
- using the "Report" function on the every Post/Profile/Topic page select the reason for your complaint from the drop down menu.

You must provide enough information so PVW can investigate your complaint (including any relevant URLs). If a complaint is missing important information, PVW may not be able to properly consider it.
5. Reviews and Appeal
PVW will review all complaints and the relevant information and the supporting documents that you have provided. PVW will resolve them within seven business days.
If PVW determines that the Content complies with our Terms of Use and Community & Content Guidelines and do not remove it, you can appeal our decision as described in our Appeals Policy.
