Sharing for the ladies and partners who would like to know more. I never knew there was different breast shields sizes until I saw a lactation counselor and that piece of information changed the whole pumping experience for me. Because I was definitely experiencing pain from not using the right size. Nipples do come in all sizes and you may even find your nipples growing the more you pump.
