Its had a few……they’re called amendments…there have been 33 sent to the states, of which 27 have been ratified. Women and people of color have been able to weigh on some of them…..after being allowed the vote. Black first on 2/3/1870 by way of the 15th. Amendment, then strengthend 8/6/195 by way of the voting Rights Act. women aquired the right to vote by way of the 19th. Amendent on 8/18/1920. Good, bad, or ugly, we’ve all had our say for a while.
