How NOT to do B&D…
This is a way for this woman to get injured.  Those are METAL clamps used for securing conduit ( metal tubing ) and they have sharp edges.  Even if they have had the edges filed smooth this is *STILL* very bad.  If she panics, and I mean just a little bit, her legs are going to pull at those hard and there will be ZERO give and the metal will cut her ankles and there is a very real possibility of doing significant damage to her achilles tendon and talk to any athlete who has had that injury, it is not only very painful, it is immobilizing.
