This is some gesture drawing from yesterday using an app known as Figurosity.
I wish something like this was around decades ago when I started drawing. What Figurosity does is allow you to pick a character, choose a post, and then move it around and use it as reference.
Additionally, you can draw them clothed, nude, or with muscles exposed. One thing that helps me immensely is being able to see the figure, in that pose, and see how their anatomy is composed by the underlying muscles, bones and tendons.
