I started a topic but I don't see where to "Fill out the rules...". What am I missing? Really like this site btw!

Support Hey there!

Depending on whether you're browsing on mobile or desktop, it's different.

For desktop, you have to buttons on either side of the feed. One is under the Topic's name, "+ Edit Topic Description". The other is on the right, above Moderators, "Edit posting rules"

For mobile, in the topic page, right under the header with the number of Followers and Posts, you'll have 3 tabs. One is Posts, where you can browse the topic. The other two are About and Rules. From those tabs you can change your rules.
