Waiver the 5 minute cooldown for people posting in topics which they started. Seeing as choosing to follow a topic is voluntary, then creators of said topic should get priority to post as much to that topic as they want for their followers.

Tudor Bold We're considering introducing private topics, where only mods can post (and maybe pre-approve posts). We're looking into improving queuing, so we keep the main benefit (cut spam and spread content more evenly), but also reduce hurdles for posters.
