My name is Jeffrey Rossman and I was recently photographed outside an apartment building on West 23rd St in Manhattan wearing a little girl dress with lace and ruffles and sheer tights so people walking by could smirk at me knowing I was being made to expose myself publicly to everyone walking by as a little girl sissy faggot. Guys came up to me while I was being photographed to call me faggot. Some even grabbed their crotches in front of me. It was the first time I had ever been made to go out in public as a sissy for anyone to see me.
